Brief
Independent Leeds magazine are working with Leeds College of Art on a special feature edition which will be launched on the evening of the 170 party at Leeds City Museum.
We would like you to create work for a double page spread in the magazine on the concept of the ‘Creative City’.
The artwork specifications for this are:
370mm w x 271mm h, CMYK, 300ppi
You can submit the same artwork as the train station/170 event, but you would need to ensure that you can resize it to the correct specification and submit it at the correct resolution.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Monday 24 October, 12 noon
Analysis
This brief is a really good opportunity to get work seen by the public and gain some valuable exposure. The brief is very open ended and gives a lot of room to come up with new ideas and underlying concepts. Independent Leeds Magazine is a free publication but has quite a high design standard. The work produced will have to fit in with their style and ethos.
