confectionary packaging / initial ideas

Before I begin working on the project a solid plan for the deliverables and brand guidelines need to be laid out. Here, I have brainstormed a few pros/cons of different materials and potential names for the brand. 



The brand will not be limited in what confectionary it creates. The deliverables of the project will include creating at least 1 chocolate bar design and 1 hard sweet design. This design can be applied over a range of flavours to create a variety of products for the brand.

The materials for each kind of confectionary need to be considered. For chocolate there could be paper packaging that is sealed with an inner foil layer and glue, or it cold have a more modern plastic wrapper (which will be difficult to print). Hard sweets usually come in plastic bags which again, would be difficult to print/produce. Other hard sweets come in cardboard boxes that have an interesting net, but these sweets do need to appeal and cater to a wide range of audiences.
